Payment

We accept 2 payment methods available on checkout page:

1. PayPal - You can pay with your PayPal account for faster processing.

2. Bank Transfer - When you select this option on checkout page you will get all the needed information for making a bank transfer (invoice number that is automatically generated, account number and IBAN).

Refunds

We accept refunds if any of following conditions are met:
1. Order intake is not complete for over 30 days and order is not activated in that time - we refund automatically.

2. You changed your mind before order deliverables are sent to you and asked for a refund.

3. There are technical issues that our or your side could not overcome for the order to be finished.

Guaranteed Results

We can only guarantee on deliverables and quality of them. We do not guarantee results blatantly and do not support refunds based on lacking results. We guarantee to take any effort and measure from our side to meet target KPI's in agreed time frames.

Delivery

Delivery times vary from service to service and from package to package per client needs. Every package has it's standard and express times noted in their corresponding descriptions.

Package customizations

You can easily customize any package you want with addition of add-ons. Every package has specified add-ons available to them from express delivery to additional advertising channel, campaign, creative set etc.

Discounts

We do not have any discounts available at the moment.

White Label

We offer white label partnerships for advertising agencies. With us as your partner you can benefit from our outstanding work and delivery times while you do not have any overheads and can be more flexible toward the market demand. We are not to be seen in any level of your clients advertising and you can white label all of our work.

Resellers

Similar to white label only for one time payment plans. You can offer your clients audits, tracking setups and initial onboarding setups with number of campaigns, creatives, copy all you need at lower prices for more volume.
